Request for larger images/resolution

The cost of file preparation is 65 €+VAT per image – when it comes to preparation at higher resolution/size for research or consultation (not for commercial, public or editorial purposes), 

The request for images of laboratory, library or infrared reflectographies requires prior authorization from the Museum. The cost of preparing these files is 65 €+VAT per image.

To apply and make the payment, a filled and signed form must be submitted.

Request for full-size images of the work

The fee for the preparation of a full-size file of the artwork is 200 €+VAT per image.

Request for images of works of art belonging to the Museo Nacional del Prado collection on loan to other museums/institutions.

To request an image of a work of art on loan, please check the conditions contacting the Museum's Registration Area.
